RESCHEDULED: Perseverance Trail Work Party
The volunteer work party on the Perseverance Trail has been rescheduled for Saturday, August 2nd at 9 am - 1 pm. This project will improve drainage and trail tread between Mt. Juneau Trailhead and Lurvey Creek.
Sponsored by the National Park Service, Alaska State Parks and CBJ Parks and Recreation.
Volunteer for Trail Work!
Dan Moller Trail (Sat.-Sun., August TBA): Repair and replace broken planking from Blueberry Hills Access Trail to Dan Moller Cabin.
Optional overnight stay in the Dan Moller cabin.
Mt. Roberts Trail (September TBA): Join the Mt. Roberts Stewards as they work to conserve this alpine area and education visitors on one
of Juneau's most visited trails!
Volunteers must register in advance for trail work; please call Trail Mix at 790-6406. We hope to see you on the trails!
Trail Conditions
Perseverance Trail:
The Perseverance Trail is open to hikers, although significant snow remains near the eastern end of the trail. The Granite Creek Basin also continues to experience winter-like conditions.
